Sometimes, the first step is understanding before deciding where to go next.

A space to step back, gain clarity on what is happening and find your own way forward.

What if you didn’t need to find a solution straightaway?

We often feel the need to act quickly: change something, make a decision, solve a problem, move forward.

But some situations call for something different.

Taking the time to understand what is really happening. Identifying what matters. Distinguishing between what you can change and what you cannot control. Exploring your needs, resources and possibilities before deciding where to go next.

Coaching creates space for that.

Coaching can help you

Every programme is unique. These examples are only starting points.

Coaching is not a formula

Coaching does not come with ready-made answers. It creates space to explore, question and understand what is really going on, so that your own answers can emerge.

We start with where you are now, what you are experiencing and what you would like to change.

Not to tell you what to do. To help you find your own way forward.

Who is coaching for?

You might come with…

A question

Something has been on your mind, but you are not quite sure where to start.

A change

You are going through a transition and looking for new bearings.

A goal

You know what you want, but need to clarify how to get there.

A desire to grow

You want to understand yourself better, develop new resources or change the way you approach certain situations.

How does coaching work?

All our services follow a shared framework while remaining entirely personalised.

1

Understand where you are

We start with where you are now: what brings you here, what is on your mind and what you would like to change.

2

Explore

We take the time to look at what is really going on: your needs, values, resources, obstacles and the different perspectives available to you.

3

Clarify

Little by little, what once felt unclear starts to make sense. We identify what really matters and define a direction that feels right for you.

4

Experiment

Change also happens through action. We identify practical ways forward, try them in your everyday life and see what happens.

5

Move forward independently

The aim is not to create dependence on coaching. It is to help you leave with greater clarity, confidence and resources to keep moving forward on your own.

Your own way forward

There is no single right way forward, and no ideal version of yourself to become.

Coaching is not about fitting you into a model. It creates space to understand what works for you, make conscious choices and build a way forward that genuinely feels like your own.

Because moving forward does not mean becoming someone else.

Every journey is unique. The different programmes are designed to fit your goals, your pace and your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between coaching and mental performance training?

Both are personalised processes and may draw on similar approaches. The main difference lies in the context and starting point. Coaching usually begins with a situation, question or change you would like to explore. Mental performance training is more closely connected to situations involving performance, pressure or challenge, with the aim of helping you access and use your resources effectively when they matter most.

How many sessions will I need?

Meaningful change takes time and practice. A single session can help you step back or unlock a situation, but it is rarely enough to build and embed lasting new ways of thinking or acting.

That is why Unfold programmes start at three sessions, with longer formats and more regular sessions available for goals that require more time.

Just like physical training, mental skills develop through consistency: you learn, experiment, adjust and begin again..

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is for anyone who would like to change something in the way they think, make decisions or act. You do not need to be struggling with a problem. Coaching can also be valuable when you are navigating change, going through a transition, working on a project or simply wanting to understand yourself better.

You don’t have the words to explain what brings you here next?

That’s absolutely fine. The first conversation is there to give you the time and space to put things into words and explore whether coaching could be useful for you.
