The newsletter is managed using Brevo.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the communications you receive.

As part of a coaching programme

In the context of coaching or mental performance coaching, Unfold may process information that you choose to share during the coaching process.

This may include information relating to your goals, personal or professional circumstances, sporting activities, experience or challenges encountered as part of your process.

This information is used only to the extent necessary to provide, organise and follow up on the coaching programme.

Depending on the circumstances, some information may fall within categories of data that receive enhanced protection under applicable data protection law. Such information is processed only where it is voluntarily shared as part of the coaching relationship and where it is relevant and necessary to the coaching process.

3. How is your personal data used?

Personal data may be used, in particular, to:

organise and provide Unfold’s services;
prepare for and follow up on coaching sessions;
provide personalised exercises, documents or resources;
manage administrative matters and invoicing;

Unfold does not sell your personal data or use it for purposes that are incompatible with those for which it was collected.

4. Tools and service providers

Unfold uses various services that are necessary for its business activities. Some of these service providers may process personal data on behalf of Unfold.

Website and hosting

The website is hosted by Infomaniak and runs on WordPress.

Infomaniak’s services may also be used for Unfold’s professional email.

Coaching management

Unfold uses Notion to organise the information required for its business activities and for the management of coaching programmes.

A shared workspace may be made available to clients so that they can access exercises, resources or elements relating to their coaching process, including session notes or photographs of materials used during sessions.

Internal information required for the management and follow-up of coaching programmes may also be stored in Unfold’s workspace.

Video conferencing

Some sessions may be held remotely using Google Meet. The data required to organise and operate the video conference may then be processed by Google.

Exercises and materials

Certain exercises or materials may be created or shared using services such as Excalidraw.

The newsletter is managed using Brevo.

Payments

Depending on the payment methods offered, payments may be made by bank transfer or through payment services such as PayPal or TWINT.

The data required to process the payment may then be processed directly by the relevant payment service provider.

Unfold does not retain complete payment card details when a payment is made through an external payment provider.

5. Disclosure to third parties and international data transfers

Unfold only discloses your personal data to third parties where this is necessary to provide a service, manage its business activities, comply with a legal obligation or where you have given your consent.

Some service providers used by Unfold may process personal data outside Switzerland.

Where this is the case, Unfold ensures that the applicable legal requirements governing international data transfers are complied with and that the necessary safeguards are in place.

The relevant service providers may be located in countries where the services used by Unfold are established or where their infrastructure is located.

6. Confidentiality in the context of coaching

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential in accordance with Unfold’s Code of Ethics and the framework agreed with the client.

No information concerning the content of coaching sessions is disclosed to third parties without the consent of the person concerned, unless disclosure is required by law.

Where a coaching programme involves several parties, any information that may be shared with a third party is agreed in advance as part of the contractual framework.

7. Data retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.

Certain data may nevertheless be retained for longer where required by law, including accounting or tax requirements, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe or until it is no longer required for this purpose.

Information relating to coaching programmes is retained for as long as necessary to manage and follow up on the programme, and is then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Unfold takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.

Access to information relating to coaching programmes is restricted to those who require it for the purposes of the business.
